Our Promise

However, in rare cases, rate discrepancies may occur due to rate leakage or unauthorized promotions on third-party channels, which are beyond our control. We take such matters very seriously and address them promptly once brought to our attention.
How the Policy Works
If you find a lower rate for the same room type, booking conditions, and dates on any OTA, we kindly request that you notify us via email at sales@numberonetower.com. Please include:
- A screenshot of the lower rate.
- A booking link from the OTA showing the details of the rate.
Once verified, we will match the lower rate and offer an additional 5% discount to ensure your satisfaction and uphold our promise.
Policy Conditions
The Best Rate Guaranteed applies to publicly available rates on OTAs for the same room category, occupancy, stay dates, and booking conditions.
Discrepancies due to rate leakage or technical errors are not reflective of our intentions. While we aim for accuracy, such scenarios are rare and unintentional.
